As the Office Assistant, Amy sets up projects and enters their budgets; she also prepares pre-lien notices, company pre-qualifications, project closeouts, warranty letters, final cost letters, and LEED documents. Amy orders certificates of insurance and assists with project scheduling and monthly project billings. She processes project contracts, change orders, and lien releases. Amy has been employed at LJ Interiors, Inc. since 2005.
